About

A painting contractor built around preparation, planning and a clean finish.

Payyonpaints carries out painting and interior finishing work for homes, apartment communities and commercial properties, from surface preparation through to the final finish coats.

Most paint failures are decided before the first coat: in the filling, the primer and the preparation standard. So that is where the emphasis sits — agreed in writing, checked as work progresses, and signed off with the site owner before handover.

The same discipline runs across a single apartment and a multi-block commercial programme. Only the scale and the scheduling change.

Service coverage

Bangalore, Karnataka · Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Each city has its own page with the project types common there and an enquiry form set to that location.

Two ways to start

Choose the enquiry that matches your project.

The form adapts to your selection — a home enquiry asks about rooms and surfaces, while a commercial enquiry asks about blocks, phasing and site access.

Services

Everything from a single roomto an entire tower.

Each service is scoped separately so you can take one line item or the full programme. Select any panel to see what is included.

Scoped, quoted and agreed before the first coat.

We measure the surfaces, note the condition of the substrate and record what is in and out of scope. Anything discovered along the way is raised as a variation before work continues — never absorbed quietly into the final bill.

04

Commercial Building Painting

Office blocks, retail shells and mixed-use buildings handled as scheduled programmes rather than one-off jobs.

05

Office & Corporate Painting

Works planned to run around occupied hours, with clear demarcation, tidy handover and minimal disruption to staff.

06

Builder & Developer Projects

Handover-stage painting for developers who need a consistent finish across an entire tower or phase.

07

Repainting & Surface Preparation

Most failures start below the topcoat. Preparation is where we spend the time that makes the finish last.

08

Texture & Decorative Finishes

Textured and specialty wall finishes applied by hand, where the finish itself is the feature.

09

Labour Contract

Labour-only contracting for painting and related work, with the scope agreed with you before we begin.

10

Material + Labour Contract

A single contract covering materials and labour together, so one agreed scope covers both the supplies and the work.

11

Time-Based Labour Packages

Labour support arranged for an agreed period, for work that runs alongside your own programme.

12

Chadra Area Measurement

Area measured in chadra, the unit used locally. One chadra equals 100 sq. ft.

Commercial projects

Built for sites that cannot stop.

A multi-block programme fails on logistics, not paint. So the emphasis moves to sequencing, access, preparation standards and stage-wise checks — the things that keep an occupied building usable while it is worked on.

See the process
  1. 01

    Project scope assessment

A walk-through to establish surface types, quantities, access constraints and the realistic order of work.

  2. 02

    Site inspections

Documented site visits covering the conditions that actually drive cost — substrate, damp, cracks, movement and access.

  3. 03

    Large-area coordination

Floors, towers and blocks split into manageable zones so a large site stays productive instead of stalling.

  4. 04

    Scheduling & work planning

Written schedules sequenced around occupancy, weather windows, material cure times and other trades on site.

  5. 05

    Surface preparation

Preparation standards agreed before painting starts, including filler, primer and adhesion checks on test patches.

  6. 06

    Quality checks

Stage-wise checks so issues are caught on the floor rather than at handover, with a snag walk before sign-off.

  7. 07

    Safety & site coordination

Access control, edge protection, housekeeping and coordination with facility teams and resident associations.

  8. 08

    Apartment & community programmes

Multi-block and multi-floor painting planned so parts of a live community remain usable throughout.

The kinds of propertywe paint.

From a single apartment to a multi-block commercial programme. Each scope is quoted separately, so you can take one element or the whole job.

External surfaces prepared for Indian weather conditions, with attention to edges, junctions and drainage lines.

Why choose us

The work you can hold us to.

Painting is easy to promise and hard to evidence. These are the practices that make the difference visible on site — each one you can check while the work is in progress.

Start an enquiry
  1. 01

    Organised project planning

Work is broken into zones, sequenced, and agreed before the first coat goes on — so progress is visible rather than improvised.

  2. 02

    Clear quotations and defined scope

One written scope covering surfaces, preparation, coats and finishes. Anything outside it is raised as a variation before work continues.

  3. 03

    Preparation before paint

Filling, levelling and priming are treated as the main event, not the leftover. The topcoat is only as good as what is under it.

  4. 04

    Stage-wise quality checks

Checks happen while the work is still open, with a snag walk before handover, so corrections stay cheap.

  5. 05

    Residential and commercial experience

The same discipline adapts between a single home, a live apartment community and a multi-block commercial site.

  6. 06

    Site safety and scheduling discipline

Access, edge protection, housekeeping and work hours agreed with the site owner before mobilisation.

How the process works

Six steps from enquiryto handover.

Timing depends on the scope, the condition of the surfaces and site access. Nothing is fixed until the site has been assessed.

  1. 01

    Submit an enquiry

Share the property type, city and the surfaces involved through the home or commercial enquiry form.

  2. 02

    Discuss the requirements

A conversation to understand the scope, the condition of the surfaces, colours, timing and any site constraints.

  3. 03

    Arrange a site visit

Where the scope needs measuring, a visit lets the estimate reflect real conditions instead of assumptions.

  4. 04

    Receive a quotation

A written quotation describing the work, materials and finish so you can compare it like for like.

  5. 05

    Agree scope and schedule

Dates, work hours, access arrangements and any phasing are confirmed before mobilisation.

  6. 06

    Execution and quality checks

Work proceeds zone by zone with stage checks, followed by a snag walk and handover.

Step one takes a couple of minutes.
